On Saturday August 28 will be initially planned for May Amber Bike Marathon through the historical section of the Amber Route to Earth Wielunska. Organizers expect about a thousand participants.

On Saturday August 28 will be initially planned for May Amber Bike Marathon through the historical section of the Amber Route to Earth Wielunska.  

Weekend Bike Marathon Amber is simple enough to have a bike, helmet and a little desire. Wieluńska edition will start promptly at 11.00, one of its elements will be "Open Championship of the Lodz Region. The tour will coincide with the historical trail of the Amber, and will run the Great Arch of the Warta and the beginning of Jura. Participants can choose from three distances: Haro - about 25 km, Mega - about 55 km, Giga - about 80 km.

The event was postponed from 22 May, when the route Załęczański National Park were under water. Organizers of the project, which is Grabek Promotion Sp. Ltd. and the Association of Polish Amber, are expecting even a thousand participants in this cyclical event. Her plan has not changed.

First Bike Marathon organized by Maciej Grabka held in Górzyńcu in 2001, quickly endeared him to mountain biking - this year's anniversary edition numbered 12 Bike marathons across the country.
